Roll Coater Calibration Software
The software is a management tool for controlling costs. When calibration of a roll coater is incorporated into the manufacturing process, management is given data via an email alert system so that adjustments can be made before producing 1000’s of mattresses. It’s all about managing cost and quality.
Calibration
Simple... A production staff member only needs to enter the before and after weight of control foam. Software will perform the calculation, compare to target range, and email alerts as required.
Requirements
No software to download, as system is Cloud based. Any device with internet access can be used (desktop, tablet, or phone).

Alerts
When a calibration test is performed and the results are outside the target range, email alerts are automatically sent. This allows production supervisors, managers, plant managers, and QC department all to have immediate notice without having to perform the tests themselves.

| No Retest in 15 minutes | Sends alert within 15 minutes of test error, if positive retest was not performed. |
| Inconsistency | Sends alert when the % difference over the length of roller is greater than set percent. This would require running a test on both the right and left side of machine. |

Reporting
All historical data is saved for viewing or for downloading to a CSV file for further analysis.
