Introduction of Simalfa CR-free adhesives. The first CR-free one and two component adhesive for foam-bonding.
Introduction of Simalfa 301. A solvent-free, pressure-sensitive water-based adhesive used for the bonding of foams, upholstery materials and more.

Introduction of Simalfa 822-OF {Overspray Free}. The 2-component adhesive system that eliminates overspray via chemistry. Huge advantage over competitors who try to accomplish via equipment + operators.
2016
Introduction of Simalfa 338. The first roll coater adhesive with super high tack. Allows manufacturers to build foam encased mattresses without spraying adhesive. Simple, clean, amazing innovation. Super-fast drying adhesive allows clients to roll coat, assemble and roll pack immediately for high production speed and quality.
2015
Introduction of Simalfa 820-OF {Overspray Free}. The first 2-Component (2K) adhesive system that eliminates overspray via chemistry. Huge advantage over competitors who try to accomplish via equipment.
Introduction of Simalfa 810. A super-fast drying roll coater adhesive. Allows clients to roll coat, assemble and roll pack immediately for high production speed and quality.

Introduction of Simalfa 310. The first single component adhesive with the instant tack of both a solvent based adhesive or 2-Component water based adhesive.

Improved shelf life of SIMALFA 321: water based adhesive for spray application, excellent adhesion and tack on polyolefin plastics like PP and PE, wood and metal.

Introduction of Simalfa 315-OF {Overspray Free}. The first dispersion-based "Frost Resistant" wet contact adhesive for foam bonding. The adhesive is frost resistant up to 5F/-15C. Exceptional instant bond/tack on double and single sided applications.
